Iu2019m definitely would recommend Mainline Audiology at Jenkintown PA. The whole staff were extremely friendly, helpful and truly knowledgeable. It took a couple of visits and multiple rescheduling, not due to them but myself. They all were understanding and accommodating to my needs. Thank you. The testing and exam was very thorough and Dr Harrington explained everything in detailed. Thank you all for a very positive experience.

I had an outstanding experience with Main Line Audiology. Brian Harrington, Au.D. provides a comprehensive assessment and takes time to listen to concerns, and to explain results. He is always courteous and professional.

I have been going to Main Line Audiology for many years. Everyone Iu2019ve met with has been knowledgeable, personable and taken very good care of me. The loss of hearing in one ear actually improved. Still need a hearing aid but my testing showed improvement. i also love my Lyric introduced to me by Dr. Kathy Goodman.

Dr. Harrington gave me excellent service as always. He checked my hearing aids and serviced them. He then answered all of my questions. He paid close attention to my issues, and I felt totally taken care of.

I have been using Mainline Audiology for years. The audiologists are very knowledgeable, helpful, and only want the best hearing for their clients. No pushy sales talk. They listen to concerns and do their very best to resolve them. The front staff are exceptional, as well. They are friendly, respectful , hand helpful. They welcome you as you walk in. Ive heard them answer calls and they are just as caring and helpful. Plus there is plenty of parking. I highly recommend Mainline Audiologists.

April was bright and cheerful for an 8AM appointment! she did a good job with the testing for my hearing aids. I have a follow up next week. I am editing my review because I realized I got no support when I walked out the door. I did not get an instruction manual until I went back the following week. Trying to figure out how to clean the aids is totally confusing and it looks like I need addtional things in order to clean them properly. edit: jan. 1, 2024. the reviews on your web page - from what I can see- have nothing to do with the office I was in. My husband typed up a list of questions we have because we got no information at all. I am going in tomorrow and hopefully will get some assistance. This whole process has not gone well at all.
