Friendly, knowledgeable, professional staff. I didn’t know my insurance even covered hearing aids! Taylor discovered the amount of insurance covers I have and I am getting hearing aids! I am very happy!

They are warm and welcoming, professional and competent. Most importantly I know that their main objective is to give me the best medical/hearing experience possible rather than emphasis on selling a product. Everybody in the office is super nice and very knowledgeable. Took 1 week to order my hearing aids. Just picked them up this afternoon and they are FABULOUS!! I had no idea what I had NOT been hearing. They feel very comfortable and nobody can even see them in, they have different colors to match hair/skin tones.

Eric is very knowledgeable with all aspects of hearing and hearing aids. He answered all of my questions and told me if I had other questions don't hesitate to call him anytime. Staff is very understanding when there is a problem and suggest ways to take care of it. Staff is courteous. and quick to help customers. They always greet you with a smile and thank you when you leave.
